 Demir Kyrgyz International Bank is the first member of Trade Finance Facility (TFP) Program of EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development )as an issuing and confirming bank since 2000. In 2009, EBRD recognized Demir Kyrgyz International Bank as the "Most Active Issuing Bank in Kyrgyz Republic for Trade Finance Facilities such as Letter of Credits (L/C) , Bank Guarantees (L/G) ". The annual selection for the awards was based on number and volume of Trade Finance Products and overall performance. Analyzing financial institutions, experts had emphasized DKIB outstanding performance, its focus on development of the bank and banking system, profitability, and its ' Creative and Tailor Made Approach For Customers ' for mutually beneficial cooperation for Trade Finance Products .Positive feedback from DKIB customers for Trade Finance Service of the bank was another important indicator for winning the award. DKIB will continue co-operation with EBRD and will do its best to support the customers for their Trade Finance needs in the future.
