Account maintenance

Demir Bank, maintaining Customers’ accounts, propose different opportunities: getting of account statements, printouts from the account, duplicates of payment documents, confirmations, powers of attorney for account usage.

Statement / printout from the account is a document that demonstrates account transactions (incomings and outgoings) and balance within a certain period of time.  

The bank can issue account statements with certain periodicity – once a day, once a week and once a month (as client wishes), whereas printout from the accounts can be issued at any time./p>

If a client wants to receive account statements or printout from the account, he/she should come to one of the Bank’s branches, fill in an application form and pay necessary fee.

Demir Bank issues confirmations in Russian or in English as a rule.

Confirmations are drawn for submission to certain authorities (for example, for submission to Embassy, Customs, Tax Inspectorate, etc.).

To receive a confirmation a client should come to the bank, fill in the application form and pay fee.

If a client cannot or does not want to manage his/her account, Demir Bank can issue power of attorney, authorizing a third party to use the account in the name of the account’s owner.
