Account opening


To open a demand deposit account an individual have to: 

Come to one of the Bank's branches and fill following documents for account opening:

Application for account opening:

  • General Banking Account Agreement

    • You need to have the following documents:

    Identity documents:

    • for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic - an internal passport or passport of 1994 (with a note on the extension if necessary).
    • for foreign citizens and persons without citizenship - the passport of a foreign citizen, residence permit, temporary residence permit, refugee certificate, identity card of an officer or warrant officer or a military ID conscript.

      • In case of account opening under power of attorney, additionally provided:
        • passport of the person authorized to manage the account and specified in the signature specimen card.
        • power of attorney, certified under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic for the opening and / or managing of the Customer's account.
      • If the client for whose benefit the account is opened by parents, other legal representatives, is a person lower the age of fourteen, to open an account is submitted the following documents:
        • passport of one of the parents, other legal representatives, authorized to manage the account.
        • copy of birth certificate of the minor client.
      • A minor under the age from fourteen to sixteen years old has the right to open a bank account, and manage it without assistance, without the consent of their parents, adoptive parents and guardians. In this case, while opening an account, the client must provide to the Bank:
        • copy of birth certificate.
        • the original certificate from the place of study (school / high school) or a residence with a photograph of a minor.

    Further the client can perform account transactions at any branch of the Bank.
