Trade finance

Demir Kyrgyz International Bank, being a participant of both EBRD's Trade Facilitation Program since 2000 and IFC's Global Trade Finance program since 2010, is pleased to offer its Customers export-import operations accepted in international banking practice: documentary export and import credits, guarantee transactions, documentary export and import collections.

The EBRD's Trade Facilitation Program (TFP) aims to promote foreign trade to, from and within Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS. Through the program, the EBRD provides guarantees to international Confirming banks, taking the political and commercial payment risk of international trade transactions undertaken by banks in the countries of operations (Issuing banks).

IFC Global Trade Finance Program (GTFP) guarantees the trade-related payment obligations of approved fi­nancial institutions in emerging markets (Issuing Banks) across all regions of the world. Through the GTFP bank network, local financial institutions can establish working partnerships with a vast number of major international and regional banks (Confirming Banks) in the program, thus broadening access to finance.
