Requirements

• Specialized secondary technical education or higher education;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in technical maintenance, in compliance with the HR Policy and the assigned title;
• Knowledge of the legislation and regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, and NBKR documents governing banking activities;
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian; knowledge of English and Turkish is a distinct advantage;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, clear articulation, strong interpersonal skills, and emotional resilience;
• Proficient PC user, experience with MS Office applications, and office equipment operation skills.

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Monitor, prepare, and install new ATMs, payment terminals, cash counting machines, electronic queue systems, and campus equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "equipment");
• Repair and maintain the technical condition of all equipment;
• Ensure and arrange uninterrupted communication channels across all equipment;
• Take immediate measures to troubleshoot and resolve any identified technical or software issues in the equipment's operation;
• Conduct required software updates and testing on the equipment;
• Maintain an inventory of the equipment in the warehouse and compile order lists as necessary;
• Keep track of spare parts and components, generating procurement lists when required;Ensure proper storage of equipment, spare parts, and other related assets;
• Maintain daily, monthly, and annual reports on maintenance, repairs, and equipment updates;
• Ensure compliance with targeted key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment uptime and operation;
• Assist other Bank employees with troubleshooting and ensure swift cross-departmental collaboration;
• Enforce information security requirements during the implementation and operation of technical systems used for processing, storing, and transmitting data.
