Requirements

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Providing telephone support to customers on all matters relating to payment cards;
• Verifying customer identity before disclosing any information;
• Monitoring the card system and all transactions carried out at ATMs and POS terminals;
• Entering details of new customers – employees of payroll projects – into the automated banking system.
