Requirements

• Higher education in economics and finance;
• Knowledge of financial analysis;
• Experience in a bank – minimum 3 years;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to identify customer needs, manage relationships with customers, and conduct negotiations;
• Presentation and cross-selling skills;
• Knowledge of the corporate client sector;
• Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic governing banking activities in the field of lending;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at the experienced user level;
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above.

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Increasing the customer base by actively attracting new customers;
• Preparation of credit projects, including financial analysis, presentation and defense of the project at the Bank’s Credit Committee (IMPORTANT!);
• Monitoring of credit clients on a regular basis;
• Selling the Bank’s products and services to clients according to monthly plans;
• Servicing current customers and active cross-selling.
