Requirements

✅ Why you are the ideal candidate for this role:

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or related fields;
• At least three years of experience in the payment cards sector;
• Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, and regulatory documents of the NBKR governing banking operations related to the issuance and servicing of bank payment cards;
• Understanding of technologies utilized by VISA and MasterCard international payment systems;
• Experience collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in preparing business requirements, technical specifications (TOR), project documentation, and presentation materials;
• Skills in project planning, task setting, monitoring, and risk management;
• Experience in organizing, conducting testing, and launching new products and services;
• Knowledge of product and project management principles, Agile/Scrum, or other frameworks;
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Fluency in English.

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Organizing and managing projects aimed at developing the bank's card products;
• Participating in concept development for new card products, services, and functional features;
• Gathering and analyzing requirements for new products, modifications, and enhancements;
• Preparing business requirements, project documentation, and presentation materials;
• Developing and maintaining project plans, tracking deadlines, statuses, and the completion of milestones;
• Working with plans and KPIs;
• Collaborating with IT departments on the development, optimization, integration, and deployment of card products and services;
• Participating in and overseeing testing processes related to launching new projects or upgrading existing ones.
