Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize the ongoing operational support of the Bank’s card products;
• Ensure that product parameters and other information in operational systems remain up to date;
• Prepare proposals to improve the functionality, fees, and service terms of card products;
• Monitor key performance indicators of card products;
• Participate in testing new products, functionalities, and releases;
• Prepare and update business requirements, functional specifications, instructions, and other documentation;
• Prepare analytical materials and presentations for management;
• Work with plans and KPIs;
• Develop proposals to optimize operational processes and automate card product support tasks.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in the payment card industry;
• Knowledge of the laws and other regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the regulatory documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz - Republic governing the issuance and servicing of bank payment cards;
• Knowledge of the technologies of international payment systems VISA and Mastercard;
• Experience in operational support of card products and retail banking;
• Understanding of the card product lifecycle and its operational support processes;
• Experience working with card product settings, parameters, reference data, and related systems;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Fluent English proficiency.
