Requirements

🔧Requirements:

• Management of the outlet’s activities in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the bank's internal policies and procedures, as well as decisions of the Bank's Management;
• Timely reporting on the activities of the outlet, informing the Management and receiving advice on key issues;
• Monitoring the quality of the loan portfolio and the solvency of clients, as well as meeting established budget targets;
• Effective distribution of responsibilities among the employees of the savings bank, the introduction of functional interchangeability;
• Preparation of proposals for the bank management to encourage distinguished employees;
• Managing the efficiency of the savings bank and ensuring maximum profitability with minimal risks.

✅Responsibilities:

• Higher education, preferably in economics and finance;
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector;
• Experience in servicing and lending to retail and SME customers;
• The ability to identify customer needs, apply sales techniques, and manage customer relationships, including conflict resolution;
• Skills in the presentation and promotion of banking products and services;
• Knowledge of the financial and banking sectors, fundamentals of economics and management;
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and NBKR regulations governing banking activities;
• Excellent PC skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
