Requirements

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations (PR).
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Experience independently managing PR activities or leading comprehensive PR projects.
• Ability to develop a communication strategy and translate it into measurable results.
• Understanding of the media landscape in Kyrgyzstan and the specifics of regional promotion.
• Experience working with media outlets, partners, and influencer marketing teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• A systematic approach, initiative, and accountability for results.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Knowledge of Turkish will be an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the PR strategy.
• Build long-term relationships with media outlets, editorial teams, experts, local communities, and partners.
• Organize PR support for product launches, events, and other brand activities.
• Work closely with the influencer team to jointly develop campaigns, special projects, and events; align key messages, timelines, areas of - responsibility, and performance indicators.
• Integrate PR activities and influencer collaborations into a unified brand communication plan.
• Plan the PR budget, coordinate contractors, and monitor task completion.
• Monitor the media landscape, manage reputational risks, and evaluate PR performance.
