Requirements

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in product management;
• At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team;
• Experience in organizing direct sales of banking products;
• Knowledge of banking products for individuals and individual entrepreneurs;
• Skills in building sales systems, setting KPIs, and monitoring their achievement;
• Strong leadership and management skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Experience working with a branch network will be an advantage;
• Ability to build business relationships and establish effective communication;
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment;
• English proficiency at B2 level or above;
• Knowledge of Turkish will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Bank’s product strategy and build a competitive product portfolio;
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from idea generation and business case development to launch, scaling, optimization, and product discontinuation;
• Manage product financial performance, including profitability, pricing, tariffs, fees, unit economics, and key product KPIs;
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and growth areas;
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and monitor the implementation of key product projects;
• Organize the development and launch of new products and services in collaboration with IT, Digital, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and the branch network;
• Develop digital products and customer journeys, improve conversion rates and usability, and increase the share of remote sales;
• Manage product documentation, standards, and readiness for launch and scaling;
• Prepare analytics, business cases, and strategic proposals for the Bank’s management and Management Board.
