Requirements

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• Higher education in Finance or Economics;
• At least 3 years of experience as an Accountant / Payroll Accountant;
• Knowledge of the Labor Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulations on taxation and financial reporting;
• Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as regulatory documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic governing banking activities and accounting legislation;
• Knowledge of procedures and deadlines for preparing payroll, tax, and labor-related accounting reports;
• Knowledge of English and Kyrgyz languages will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent PC skills, including 1C and MS Office (Word, advanced Excel user, Outlook);
• Experience working with accounting entries in automated systems;
• Experience interacting with government authorities.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing payroll, vacation pay, sick leave payments, final settlements upon termination, and preparing statutory accounting reports;
• Timely calculation of taxes and mandatory contributions payable on salaries and other employee benefits, including social insurance contributions and other payroll-related payments for local and foreign employees;
• Ensuring timely submission of periodic reports to government authorities within established deadlines;
• Maintaining and safeguarding accounting documents and ensuring their proper filing in accordance with established procedures;
• Monitoring changes in legislation related to taxation, social payments, and accounting.
