Requirements

✅ Why you are the ideal candidate for this role:

• Education: Higher legal education;
• Work experience: At least 5 years in the legal field, including a minimum of 3 years in the banking sector;
• Functional knowledge: In-depth knowledge of banking, corporate, civil, and civil procedure legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic; personal data protection laws; advertising and consumer rights protection laws;
• Functional skills: Negotiation skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external clients, ability to express thoughts clearly and competently; excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Expertise: In contract analysis and drafting, preparation of legal opinions on various banking matters, regulatory development, and analysis of draft legal acts;
• Special skills: Confident PC user, including legal databases and legal information systems (e.g., Toktom);
• Personal qualities: Responsibility, efficiency, initiative, loyalty, communication skills, business orientation;
• Language proficiency: Russian, English (at least pre-intermediate), Kyrgyz (advantage).

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Drafting, developing, and reviewing legal agreements;
• Preparing and developing legal documents and legal opinions on the Bank's activities;
• Analyzing business processes and products for compliance with applicable legislation;
• Reviewing draft laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and internal Bank regulations;
• Preparing legal correspondence;
• Providing legal consultations to Bank employees and clients.
