Requirements

✅ Why you are the ideal candidate for this role:

• Higher education, preferably in economics or finance;
• Experience in a similar position in a bank for at least 1 year is preferred;
• Ability to identify customer needs, apply sales techniques, persuade, manage customer relationships, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate strong communication skills;
• Skills in presenting and promoting banking products and services;
• Proficiency in English, Kyrgyz, and Turkish at an upper-intermediate level or higher is an advantage.

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Attracting individual clients;
• Providing high-quality consultations to clients regarding banking products;
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by clients and ensuring their compliance with internal policies, standard procedures, NBKR regulations, and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Preparing and reviewing credit files;
• Informing clients of any changes or updates in banking products and services.
