Requirements

• Higher or vocational education, preferably in economics, finance, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector\
• Knowledge of banking credit products
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and regulatory acts of the National Bank governing banking activities, especially in lending
• Skills in presenting and promoting banking products and services
• Ability to build and manage effective relationships
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluency in Russian, Kyrgyz, and English (upper-intermediate level or higher preferred)
• Willingness for professional growth.

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Manage payroll product offerings
• Work with corporate clients (B2B) and attract new ones
• Oversee onboarding processes (onboarding, integrations, documentation flow)
• Analyze the market, customer needs, and competitors
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal bank departments during product implementation
• Launch, support, and retain payroll projects
• Prepare reports for management
• Ensure compliance of new products with regulatory requirements
• Implement digital payroll solutions
