Requirements

• Higher education (Marketing, Advertising, or related fields);
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or PR;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management;
• Experience in leading the PR direction independently or managing complex PR projects;
• Ability to develop a communication strategy and drive it to concrete results;
• Deep understanding of the Kyrgyzstan media market and the specifics of regional promotion;
• Experience cooperating with media, partners, and influencer marketing teams;
• Strong skills in budget management, prioritizing, handling deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Structured thinking, initiative, and accountability for results;
• Proven ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Knowledge of the Turkish language is a distinct advantage;
• Exceptional task prioritization skills.

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Developing and implementing the PR strategy;
• Building long-term relationships with media, editorial offices, experts, local communities, and partners;
• Organizing PR support for product launches, events, and other brand activities;
• Working in close alignment with the Influencer Marketing department: co-developing campaigns, special projects, and events, aligning on key messages, deadlines, areas of responsibility, and KPIs;
• Integrating PR activities and influencer marketing into the brand's master communication plan;
• Planning the PR budget, coordinating vendors, and monitoring task execution;
• Monitoring the media landscape, managing reputational risks, and evaluating the ROI/results of PR activities.
