Requirements

• Education: Secondary vocational (specialized secondary) education;
• At least three years of experience in Security Service units; a certificate confirming the completion of training courses for Security Service personnel
• Knowledge of legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, and regulatory documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (NBKR) governing banking activities regarding security matters;
• Successful completion of the annual performance evaluation (attestation).

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Open and close the main entrance in accordance with the working hours schedule;
• Ensure security in the branch/savings office by enforcing access control regulations and maintaining vigilant and alert duty performance (non-business phone calls, other distractions from duty, and unauthorized leaving of the workplace are strictly prohibited);
• Report all suspicious situations concerning the general security of the branch or savings office where on duty, as well as all malfunctions of technical security equipment, to the Head of the Security Department and the monitoring room operator;
• Conduct daily checks on the correct functioning and operational readiness of video surveillance, access control, intruder-fire alarm, and panic button systems at the assigned post;
• Secure the safe delivery of cash to/from the cash vault from/to the cash room;
• Enforce access control policy and monitor the environment in the operating hall of the branch/savings office;
• Escort authorized employees during the movement of cash inside the building of the branch or savings office;
• Escort the cash courier for the replenishment of ATMs under the management of the branch/savings office;
• Maintain the required documentation and logbooks at the post;
• Monitor and organize timely scheduled maintenance operations for video surveillance, access control, intruder-fire alarm, and panic button systems, firefighting equipment, and weapons;
• Monitor bank clients' interactions with the automated queue management terminal (S-Matik) and instruct them on how to use it;
• Remain professional, highly polite, yet firm when interacting with clients, and direct them to the appropriate departments for service;
• Be proficient in using panic and fire alarm systems, primary firefighting equipment, and radio communication devices;
• Strictly comply with the requirements of instructions, procedures, and directives of the Head of the Security Department regarding the security of the branch or savings office;
• Observe all occupational safety and health regulations while performing official duties;
• Utilize technical security and firefighting equipment when necessary;
• Execute written and verbal orders of the Head of the Security Department regarding the provision and organization of the Bank's security;
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear the uniform approved by the Bank's management.
