Requirements

✅ Why you are the ideal candidate for this role:

• Secondary specialized education (financial college) or higher education in economics or finance;
• Knowledge of financial analysis for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs);
• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to identify client needs, manage client relationships, handle conflict situations, and respond to objections;
• Presentation and cross-selling skills;
• Knowledge of the SME sector;
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of the Kyrgyz Republic, including NBKR regulations related to lending;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• English language proficiency at intermediate level; knowledge of Kyrgyz is an advantage

🔧 What will your role involve:

• Expanding the client base by actively attracting new SME clients;
• Preparing credit project documentation (summary, financial analysis, protocol, etc.), presenting and defending projects before the Bank’s Credit Committee;
• Regular monitoring of SME loan clients;
• Selling the Bank’s products and services to clients in accordance with monthly plans;
• Servicing existing clients and performing active cross-sales.
