* The use of Citibank as an intermediary bank is prohibited by Citibank's internal policy.
* Only the account details with The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) must be used for such payments.
* The intermediary bank in the payment instructions must be strictly The Bank of New York Mellon.
* Payments where Citibank is indicated as an intermediary will be returned to the sender.
Please inform your counterparties in advance to avoid delays and ensure uninterrupted processing of incoming transfers.
