Partnership terms

  1. Availability of successfully completed projects and a positive reputation in the real estate market
  2. Company’s financial statements for at least the last 3 years
  3. Company’s incorporation documents and construction permits

Constituent documents:

  • Charter;
  • Certificate of registration/re-registration;
  • Articles of Incorporation (if any);
  • Documents confirming the authority of the executive body (e.g., decision on appointment, power of attorney, order);
  • Documents confirming banking details;

Note: If the partner company is a foreign legal entity, other documents may be requested.

Permits and authorizations:

  • Construction permit / Conclusion of the State Expertise;
  • Confirmation of inclusion in the register of construction projects;
  • License;
  • Documents approving construction with state authorities (regarding sewage, gasification, electrification);
  • Construction working project;
  • Design and estimate documentation;

Construction object:

  • Title documents (purchase and sale agreement, deed of gift, exchange agreement, state act (red book), resolutions of state authorities);
  • Technical passport (if available);
  • If the property is under temporary use, it is necessary to provide a temporary use certificate (green book), a lease agreement with a state authority (City Hall), and consent from the state authority;
  • Certificate from the State Register on the absence of arrests and prohibitions (to clarify the type and number of title documents);
  • Standard equity participation agreement and standard purchase and sale agreement;
