Opening and servicing an account

Opening of bank accounts in Kyrgyz soms and foreign currencies for individuals is carried out by the Bank upon presentation of identity documents.*

The account opening and issuance of a bank card will be completed within 2–3 banking days. To receive the card, you must present an identity document.

Clients are given the opportunity to carry out transactions on the account at any branch of the Bank, regardless of the branch where the account was opened.

DemirBank offers various options when servicing client accounts:

• Crediting funds to the Client’s account in the national and a foreign currency, received in cash or by bank transfer;
• Making payments and transfers of funds in the national and a foreign currency according to the client’s instructions. Payments and transfers from the client’s account are made only according to his/her instructions or to instructions of a third party holding a correspondingly certified power of attorney;
• Issuing cash in the national currency and a foreign currency to the client from the account. The Bank carries out all debit transactions on the client’s account within the amount available on the account.
• Issuing a statement / detailed statement on the current account at the client’s request;
• Issuing a certificate and power of attorney for using the account.
• Currency exchange transactions.

DemirBank offers the service of receiving digital notifications on transactions carried out on your card account / accounts.

Tariff packages:

• Basic - free of charge. Notifications on the basic package are provided without charge.
• Standard - 75 soms per month. Allows you to receive notifications on cash flow on all your card accounts round the clock (24/7).
• Premium - 150 soms per month. Extended package of notifications on the movement of funds on all your accounts and cards at any time of the day. In addition, you receive a daily statement of all transactions.
• International - 300 soms per month. Automatically connected if a foreign phone number is specified in the bank's system as the main one. Provides for sending notifications abroad.
