Account transactions

To maintenance the customer accounts, DemirBank offers various possibilities:

  • Depositing of funds to a Customer's account in national and foreign currency received in cash or cashless method;
  • Implementation of payments and money transfers according to the provided instructions by the Customer in national and foreign currency. Payments and transfers from Customer's account are made only on his behalf, or on behalf of a third party who has in compliance authenticated proxy;
  • Disbursement of cash from Customer’s account in national and foreign currency . Bank make all debit transactions on Customer’s account within the amount available in the account.
  • Statement Issuance/detalization on the current account upon Customer request;
  • Reference issuance and power of attorney for using account
  • Currency exchange transactions.

Statement/printout of account  - a document that contains information about the status/balance of the Customer’s account and reflecting account transactions that were made (cash proceeds, withdrawals, etc.) for a particular period of time.

To receive statements/printed outputs on account, the Customer should apply to one of the branches/outlets of DemirBank to fill an application and pay the appropriate fees or on your own you can generate account statements via Internet-Banking.
